Singular, fizzy, tart.
This cuvee close (or charmat method) sparkling from Mill Bay, on southern Vancouver Island is made of Gamay, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir. It's a pale apricot hue and delivers aromas of orange pekoe tea, bitters, bread dough and wild berries, melon rind and rhubarb. Bright and tangy with tart red berries and charred orange peel to mimic the nose. A singular fizzy wine.
